A 24-year-old local was sent to 16 months in prison after violating his living conditions as a predatory offender.
Nathaniel Jay Stahl, of Austin, was convicted Thursday in Mower County Court on one count of violating his predatory offender conditions, a felony.
Stahl was supposed to be living in the 1700 block of Eighth Street NW in Austin but decided to stay at another Austin home, even though the owner told him not to, according to the complaint. The owner also said Stahl would steal prescription drugs from her, according to the complaint. Stahl was convicted of felony forgery for trying to obtain prescription drugs in May 2011.
He will be given credit for time served since April 4.
