Austin Public School and athletic officials woke up to a sore sight Wednesday morning when they noticed 14 track hurdles mangled to the ground.

According to the police report, school officials contacted police at about 9:47 a.m. Wednesday and told them it appeared someone entered Wescott Field and bent the metal legs on the hurdles all the way to the ground. Authorities have no suspects, and according to Police Chief Brian Krueger, Wescott Field is accessible through an open gate. It also appears the hurdles were left standing on the track before they were damaged.

School officials estimate the 14 hurdles are worth roughly $1,800.
