Diane Marie Larson, 54, of Austin, Minn. died Sunday, June 10, 2012, at her sister’s home in Austin.

Diane was born Feb. 17, 1958, in Austin to Harry and Betty (Finkelson) Larson. She graduated from high school in 1977. Diane loved going to Bingo and doing crafts. Diane was a loving and caring person, and she will be missed.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Larson; brother, Vern “Buck” (Sue) Larson; sister, Carolyn (Bill) Hagen; nieces; nephews; special friend, Laveern Ableson; and many friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Harry; brother, Don; sister, Cheryl; sister-in-law; and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Mayer Funeral Home with Father Jim Steffes officiating. Friends may call one hour before the service at Mayer Funeral Home on Thursday. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. The casket bearers will be Vern Larson, Bill Hagen, Jami Hagen, Steve Carlson, Justin Carlson, and Warren Finkelson.
