Beverly J. Forthun, 74, of Shoreview, Minn., formerly of Austin, Minn., died Monday, June 11, 2012, at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, Minn.

Service: Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 15 at 1:30 p.m. at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary in Austin with the Rev. Glenn L. Monson officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the mortuary for one hour before service.

Interment: Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery.

Memorials: Memorials will be forwarded to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
