Caroline Lewis, 96, formerly of Austin, Minn., died Sunday, July 21, 2012, at Colonial Columns Nursing Home in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Service: Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Worlein Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David DeFor officiating.

Visitation: Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
