A Charles City, Iowa, man is OK after his truck went off the road near Interstate 90 and County Road 20 by Elkton and struck a tree.

The Mower County Sheriff’s Department responded to the accident at about 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, where 44-year-old Michael King complained of knee pain and wasn’t sure if he hit his head. King said he was not wearing his seatbelt, according to the report, and his Chevy truck sustained medium damage to the front and passenger sides.

Charges may be pending in Mower County Court, as alcohol may have been a factor, the report adds. Officials are waiting for blood test results.
