All Austin residents have to do to donate money to the Austin High School Activities Department is test drive a Ford this Saturday.

Ford will donate $20 for every person who test drives a new Ford vehicle at Holiday Ford this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

AHS Activities director Lisa Quednow-Bickler is hoping that a lot of people will come out to support the Packers.

“Our goal is to earn $6,000, which means we need 300 households to come out and drive or ride in the new Ford vehicles,” she said.

Students will be present demonstrating the new technology in the vehicles and some AHS coaches and advisors will be on hand. There will be free refreshments, music and prizes, and there is no purchase required.
