OWATONNA — The Austin volleyball team ended its regular season with a loss at Owatonna by scores of 25-6, 25-14, 25-15 on the road Monday.

The Huskies (21-6 overall, 9-0 Big Nine) won the Big Nine conference and the Packers (2-21 overall, 0-9 Big Nine) finished last in the conference.

Taylor Lady had three kills and six digs for Austin.

“They played really well and the intensity was awesome,” Austin head coach Barry Brobeck said. “Owatonna’s a really good team, but we were hustling and had a positive attitude.”

Austin will open the Section 1A tournament Oct. 24.
