Anna Mae Johnson, 89, of Rose Creek, Minn., formerly of Minooka, Ill., died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester, Minn.

Anna Mae Johnson was born April 27, 1923, in Kendall County, Ill., the daughter of Earl and Gladys (Hurst) Henry. She was married to Vernon C. Johnson on April 18, 1942. Anna worked as a bookkeeper for the Minooka Grain, Lumber and Supply in Minooka.

Anna was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Johnson; her parents Earl and Gladys Henry; siblings, Everett Henry, Leslie Henry Alice Skinner and Jean Henry, who died in infancy.

Anna is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Larry Yunker, Rose Creek, Minn.; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Jill Johnson, Tucson, Ariz.; grandchildren, Trey (Alyssa) Marlow, Morris, Ill., Jennifer (Kevin) Marlow-Chose, Rose Creek, Josh (Emily) Marlow, Minooka, Andy Johnson, Las Vegas, Nev., Carrie Johnson, Tucson, Ariz.; great-grandchildren, Ryan Marlow, Morgan Marlow, McKenzie Marlow, Cecilia Marlow, Cash Marlow; great-great-granddaughter, Nora Mae Marlow; sister, Dorothy Johnson, Lisbon Center, Ill.; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at the Minooka Bible Church, Minooka, Ill., with Pastor Greg Munyon and Pastor Dave Jenkowski officiating. Inurnment will be at the Plattville Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church on Tuesday. Memorials are preferred to the Minooka Bible Church, 412 N Wabena, Minooka, IL 60447.
