The Austin Public Schools board will hold a special meeting Monday afternoon to discuss an evaluation of the superintendent.

During a closed session before and after a public meeting, the school board will discuss Superintendent David Krenz, then meet with him to review the evaluation’s results.

At the public section of the meeting, Gifted and Talented Coordinator David Wolff will go over the study of talented and gifted services for grades 1-4. Activities Director Lisa Quednow-Bickler and DECA students from Austin High School will request the board approve a DECA fundraising project during the open meeting.

Also, Sumner Elementary Principal Sheila Berger will update the board on the 45/15 school calendar, which Sumner is the only elementary school in the district to follow
