Deashae Marie Tabor, 4 weeks, of Austin, died Dec. 21, 2012, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin. Deashae Marie Tabor was born Nov. 23, 2012, to Jordan Tabor and Devonte Pitchford in Austin, Minn.

Deashae is survived by her mother, Jordan Tabor, Austin and father, Devonte Pitchford, Austin and other family members.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin with Pastor Karen Behling officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin, Minn. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Thursday.
