Dennis Pechacek, 60, of Lake Elmo, Minn., died Monday, Dec. 17, 2012.

Service: A funeral will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi, Minn., 55115.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater.
