Brandon and Tami Schaefer of Austin announce the birth of a daughter, Isabel Joy Schaefer, on Jan. 9, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin. Isabel weighed 6 pounds and 7 ounces and was 19 inches long.
