Packer boys hockey team falls to St. Peter

LESEUR — The Austin boys hockey team struggled in the third period of a 5-2 loss to St. Peter-LH-TCU (4-7-1 overall) on the road Saturday.
The Packers (3-6-1 overall) entered the third tied at 2-2, but they allowed a goal within 15 seconds of the frame and couldn’t score again.
“We didn’t come out to play in the third period,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said. “We’re struggling to score during five-on-five situations right now.”
Ethan Larson scored a pair of shorthanded goals for Austin, which held a 28-20 shot advantage, and each of them were assisted by Marcus Stoulil.
