LAKEVILLE — The Austin Packer dance team placed first in high kick and first in jazz at the four-team Lakeville South Invite Saturday.

Superior, Wis. was second in high kick and Duluth Denfield was second in jazz.
“We had a good day of competition and we are proud of our team,” Austin head coach Jen Sims said. “We were excited to earn first place categories, but we had hoped to compete against some of our Big Nine teams or against some teams from our section.”
The Packer JV team took first in high kick and second in jazz and the Packers will compete at the Big Nine Championship in Rochester Century Saturday.
