LaDonna G. Hoffman, 82, of Austin, Minn., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Sacred Heart Care Center in Austin.

Service: A memorial service for LaDonna Hoffman will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Faith Evangelical Free Church at noon, officiated by Pastor Gordon Larson.

Visitation: Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.

Funeral Home: Mayer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
