The Wee Learning Center will offer a preschool camp this summer.

For two weeks, Aug. 12–15 and Aug. 19–22, four mornings a week, Monday – Thursday, 9-11:30 a.m., two preschool teachers will hold a summer program for children ages 3 through those beginning kindergarten in September. As the Wee Learning Center is a state licensed program, there will be one teacher and two aides in each classroom of 20 students. While their themes will evolve around summer, this camp will be designed as a back to school readiness program, a time of transition between summer and the beginning of school.

There are 20 student openings for those who will attend preschool for the first time this fall and 20 student openings for those who will be entering a pre-kindergarten or kindergarten program in September. The program is open to any Austin preschooler, but all students must be fully potty trained to participate in this program.

Students may register for either one or both weeks. The cost is $80 for a single week or $150 for both weeks, which includes all student materials, daily snacks and a summer camp T-shirt.
