A driver who allegedly caused an accident on First Avenue North Tuesday in Austin went to the hospital after she complained of neck pain.

According to the Austin Police Department’s report, the 52-year-old woman was southbound on Sixth Street Northwest in a Chevy HHR when she failed to stop for a stop sign at about 11:20 a.m. A 35-year-old woman, who had the right of way, struck that driver’s vehicle; however, she declined medical attention.
