Steve and Signe Rizzi of Austin announce the engagement of their daughter, Katelyn Stephanie, to Jason David Branstrom, son of David and Jeanne Branstrom of Escanaba, Mich. The couple will be married on June 15, 2013.

Katelyn graduated from Austin High School in 2006. She attended Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minn., where she received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management and international business. In May 2012, Katelyn graduated from the University of Minnesota–Duluth, where she received her master’s degree in business administration. She currently works for a large electronics retailing company as a human resource recruiter.

Jason graduated from Wisconsin Rapids High School and attended Winona State University in Winona, where he received his bachelor’s degree in human resource management and business administration. In June 2009, Jason obtained his GPHR certification through Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis. He currently works for an international media and publishing company as the interim human resource director.
