An Austin man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl has been charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Paul Omol Arkangelo Uchodu, 40, of Austin, faces felony charges for first-degree criminal sexual conduct for multiple acts with a victim younger than 16 and first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim younger than 13.

According to the court complaint and victim, Uchodu forced the victim into sexual acts over the past several years when the victim’s mother was not home.

Uchodu has another hearing set for Oct. 24.
