The Austin girls tennis team lost to No. 3 seeded Red Wing in the first round of the Section 1AA tournament in Red Wing Tuesday.

No. 4 singles player Anna Bachmeier picked up the lone win for the No. 6 seeded Packers (3-7 overall).

Austin will now focus on the Section 1AA individual tournament, which begins Oct. 10.
