Kirtz’s 30 points lift Southland over Wabasha-Kellogg

The Southland girls basketball team rattled off its third straight win when it beat Wabasha-Kellogg (0-5 overall, 0-4 Three Rivers) 87-62 in Adams Friday.
McKenzie Kirtz poured in 30 points for the Rebels (3-2 overall, 2-2 Three Rivers) and Sydney Bendtsen added 20 points.
“We’re getting there,” Southland head coach Bob Sheehan said. “We just have to start getting more defensive stops.”
