Mower Refreshed has another opportunity for area residents to get some work-related health tips, and grab a free lunch in the process.
Mower Refreshed, the health and wellness advocacy group funded by Mayo Clinic Health System — Albert Lea and Austin, will host another Lunch and Learn session from noon to 1 p.m. on Jan. 15 at the Austin Public Library. This session’s topic centers around how chemical use impacts worksites, and how to respond to it and build a stronger workforce.
Chemical use by employees or their family members impact productivity, absenteeism and healthcare costs in Mower County, according to Refreshed.
The lunch is free, but donations are encouraged. RSVP by calling 507-434-1039 or emailing connect@mowerrefreshed.org.
