Rebel girls beat Kingsland

The Southland girls basketball team closed out its regular season with a 71-43 win over Kingsland (3-22 overall, 2-17 Three Rivers) in Adams Saturday.
McKenzie Kirtz had 20 points for the Rebels (15-10 overall, 13-7 Three Rivers), who finish the season in third place in the TRC South.
The Rebels will open the Section 1A West tournament as a No. 4 seed and they will host No. 5 Randolph Thursday at 7 p.m.
