Education briefs: RCC prepares for sexual assault awareness month

A presentation on human trafficking will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in the lecture hall at Riverland Community College in Albert Lea.
The presentation is being given in cooperation with the Crime Victim’s Crisis Center of Freeborn Count and Albert Lea Citizens Against Human Trafficking.
Presenters include detective Deb Flatness of the Albert Lea Police Department, Dotti Honsey of the CVCC and Jennifer Lloyd Benson of Albert Lea Citizens Against Human Trafficking
Students faculty, Riverland Community College staff and the public are invited to attend.
Bunne given honor
Kaylee Bunne was named the Outstanding Human Resource Management Student and Outstanding Marketing Major at the annual Honors Convocation at Saint Mary’s University in Winona on April 11.
Bunne is the daughter of Dominick and Kathi Bunne of LeRoy.
