Parents, summer is almost here. This is an exciting time for your children to sleep-in, relax, play and learn. However, there’s no summer off for working parents, so where do your children go while you are at work?
Pacelli’s Shamrock Zone, directed by Sara McMahon, is available for you. Mrs. McMahon has a bachelor’s degree in family and child studies. She has a license in Early Childhood Education. Sarah and her assistants make every day fun.
Shamrock Zone is an all day childcare for school-aged children preschool – fifth grade. It’s open Monday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday. It serves as Drop-In Child Care, where you only pay when your child attends. It is only $3 per hour.
The curriculum is based on discovery, guided exploration and play. Christian values are sprinkled throughout each day.
A few summer themes include: Mrs. McMahon had a farm, splish-splash water fun, bubble palooza, and many more.
We are looking forward to further expanding our program and are very excited. Shamrock Zone is also accepting resumes for teachers and teacher aides; qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
If you have any questions you are welcome to view the Pacelli website www.pacellischools.org or contact Sara McMahon via e-mail smcmahon@pacellischools.org or contact the school office Shirley 507-433-8859.
