Jim and Linda Doyle of Austin, Minn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Doyle to Erik Barclay, son of Gary and Donna Barclay of Austin, Minn.

Shannon graduated from Austin High School in 2007 and was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, where she received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics education. Shannon works as a math teacher at Buffalo High School in Buffalo, Minn.

Erik graduated from Austin High School in 2007, and was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. Erik works as a financial analyst at Loram Maintenance of Way Inc. in Hamel, Minn.

The bride’s grandparents include the late Butch and Betty Doyle and the late Jerome and Rita Ramaker.

The groom’s grandparents are Robert and Alvina Barclay and Anita Williams and the late Anthony Williams.

The wedding will be celebrated at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Austin, Minn. June 14, 2014, with Pastor Tom Ogilvie officiating. The couple will reside in Buffalo, Minn.
