Michele Hoeper and Jay Kisner, of Austin, announce the birth of their daughter Keira Rhiann Kisner-Hoeper who was born on April 23, 2014 weighing six pounds and nine ounces and measuring 19 and 3/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Charlotte and Dennis Kubicek and Crystal Patrick and Craig Kisner.
