A 19-year-old woman is accused of criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 after she allegedly exchanged nude photos and inappropriately touched a boy inside a Udolpho Township home.

Courtney Waters, of Sargeant, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and distributing electronic communications concerning sexual conduct to a child. Both charges are felonies.

According to a criminal complaint, the victim’s parents discovered graphic photos on the victim’s iPod and graphic texts on the victim’s phone, according to the complaint.

Deputies arrested Waters at a relative’s home in Dodge County. Waters initially denied sending the victim photos and messages, but later allegedly admitted she sent them because she was not on her medication. She also allegedly admitted to inappropriately touching the victim.

Waters’s next court appearance is on Sept. 4.
