Christine S. Nowell Dillard, 46, of Goodyear, Arizona, died Sept. 21, 2014, in Phoenix, Arizona.

She was born Nov. 6, 1967, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Dallas and Diane Nowell. She served in the United States Air Force from 1986 to 1991 as a senior airman administrative specialist. She received numerous awards and decorations.

Christine is survived by her daughter Marissa A. Dillard; brother Thomas J. Nowell; and her mother Diane J. Nowell.

She was preceded in death by her father; and grandparents.
