The No. 6 ranked Blooming Prairie football team put away Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (4-3 overall, 3-3 Gopher) in the first half as it cruised to a 41-6 victory in BP Friday.

John Rumpza threw for all five of his TDs in the first half for the Awesome Blossoms (7-0 overall, 6-0 Gopher).

Anthony Nelson had 85 yards receiving and two TDs for BP, which out-gained JWP 472 yards to 165 yards.
