Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin is accepting donations for a light on its hospice tree in memory of a loved one, friend or someone residents wish to honor.

The hospice tree lighting ceremony will be at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7, at the hospice office,101 14th St. NW.

Donation forms are available at the Mayo Clinic Store, located on the first floor of the medical center at 1000 First Drive NW and at the hospice office. Forms are also available at regional clinics for Mayo Clinic Health System – Albert Lea and Austin.

All donations help support the Austin Hospice Program. The funds will be used for the following items: patient care items, family bereavement services and free public groups.
