ST. PAUL — Authorities have charged a woman and two men who they say ran a St. Paul prostitution ring and recruited an underage runaway.
Thee three people in their 20s were each charged Wednesday with six sex-trafficking felonies, including soliciting and promotion of underage prostitution.
Authorities say they were arrested after a 17-year-old female relative of the woman worked for the trio but later returned home and told her mother. They say the trio offered several women for paid sex services online from December 2012 through September 2014.
