Our annual Winter Coffee Party and Travel show will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.

The timing seems just about right as we ride through these frigid days. There will be hot beverages to warm you up along with goodies, drawings, and a calendar of travel for 2015.

A variety of trips have been scheduled for this year thanks to your input. We have river boat cruises, historic and ethnic day tours, a gangster tour, and some surprises planned. Several popular theater productions are always on our list.

Our extended trip this year will include an extensive 14-day fall leafing tour to the New England states, which includes Niagara Falls. Another tour fall trip will include a river boat cruise with a special entertainer, “Barefoot Becky” the Polka Queen.

We invite the public to come to the Mower County Senior Center on Friday as the first announcement of our plans and perhaps get your name on some of the outings we have planned.
