AHS students and Clay Target team members Taylor Derry, Kaylee Maxfield, Sam Bogerson and Nate White successfully completed the NRA Level 1 shotgun coach class March 21-22 in Buffalo, Minn. All four will serve as junior trainers after taking the class, which was instructed by Mark and Sally Stevens of the National Shotgun Coach Development Staff. The course consisted of 12 hours of classroom work, four hours of range exercises and an 80-question written test.
