Mark J. Ginder, 61, died March 10, 2015, as a result of Lewy Body Dementia.
He was preceded in death by mother Jeanne and brother Jerry.
He was survived by wife of 32 years, Debbie; daughters Martha and Amelia (Millie) and sons Alex and David. He was also survived by father Paul of Madison Lake, Minnesota, formerly of Austin, Minnesota; brothers Peter (Geri), Minneapolis; Andrew (Karen), Eden Prairie; sisters Terri Richter (Bob), Mankato; Rosemary Sexton (Terry), Zimmerman; Mariana Ginder (Michael Goblirsch), Minneapolis; brothers and sisters-in-law Jim and Mary Kay Molick, Gold Canyon, Arizona; Dennis and Pat Molick, Champlain; Chris Molick (Heyward Gayle), Irmo, South Carolina; and 22 beloved nieces and nephews.
Mark was an attorney at Dorsey and Whitney, retiring this year due to his disability. He was a devoted father, brother, husband and friend, and was loved by the people who knew him for his integrity, sensitivity and kindness. He loved coaching soccer, playing tennis, a good game of 500, amazing children with card tricks, and family dinners. He loved poetry; Robert Frost above all, but any that did not require head games to enjoy. He bore his difficult diagnosis with grace and dignity until the disease took its final toll, and he succumbed. He cherished his friends from Austin, St. John’s, William Mitchell, Dorsey, Tennis, Club Med and the Neighborhood — once a friend, always a friend to Mark.
