Jordana Thompson of Dexter, Minnesota and Michael Runck, of Fairfax, Minnesota, have announced their engagement.

Jordana is the daughter of Carmen and Nathan Thompson of Dexter. She graduated form Hayfield High School in 2005, Winona State University in 2009 and will graduated from Concordia University — St. Paul with a master’s in education-differentiated instruction in 2016. She is currently employed with Jackson County Central Schools in Jackson, Minnesota.

Jordana’s grandparents are Nels Thompson and Marilyn Nash of Owatonna, Minnesota and Helen Groen of Lennox, South Dakota.

Michael is the sun of Brenda and Thomas Runck or Fairfax. He graduated from Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop High School in 1999 and South Dakota State University in 2003 with a degree in electrical engineering. He is currently employed with AGCO Corporation in Jackson, Minnesota.

Michael’s grandmother is Bernice Goblirsch of Morgan, Minnesota.

The couple will wed at Arnolds Park, Iowa on June 6, 2015 and will make Alpha, Minnesota their home following the wedding.
