Real Hope for the Hungry would like to thank everyone who helped with our community pack on April 18. We are surrounded by very compassionate people who are eager to help others. 10,368 meals were packed that day. We would also like to thank the VFW, Smyth Co., SEMA, Thrivent, Medicap Pharmacy, Sterling Drug, and Walgreens for their support and help in our effort to provide nutritious meals for those in need. A portion of the meals have stayed in our area, and the remainder (actually a total of 22,680) meals are now being shipped to areas of need in the world. Thank you for choosing to make a difference for so many.
