Tyler Weger models her great-grandmother Ruby Ness Young’s wedding dress from 1943 during Weddings Across the Decades at St. Olaf Lutheran Church Saturday as Bonnie Rietz speaks about the dress. About 180 people came out to see 49 dresses from 1909 to 2003, and more than 20 were modeled by area women.
