A Rose Creek man accused of stealing a Playstation 4 pleaded not guilty to second-degree burglary charges Thursday in Mower County court.
According to a court complaint, Devon Skyler Felten, 20, and a 17-year-old accomplice allegedly broke into a friend’s home at the 100 block of 13th Street Northeast in Austin on May 12. The 17-year-old acted as a lookout and told police he didn’t know where Felten had taken him.
A witness called police, who caught the two as they ran from the home.
Felten told police he had lent his PS4 to a friend to cover a $50 debt. He still hadn’t repaid the debt, but wanted his gaming console back. Felten left the PS4 inside the home when he heard the police approach.
