Ellis Middle School students showed off their artistic skills Thursday.

The Ellis Art Club hosted an art show that was paired with the Ellis Orchestra concert Thursday night.

Ellis students submitted more than 100 pieces of artwork, even if they were not members of the art club. The show also ran during the school day Thursday and drew large crowds of students and staff during passing times.

Staff and students were impressed with the wide variety of artwork, which included paintings, drawings, watercolors, ceramics and other 3D work including dreamcatchers and woodshop clocks.
