It’s summer and time for Minnesota baseball.  Our fix will be in the way of a musical at the Ordway Theater in St. Paul.

•Wednesday: “Damn Yankees.” We depart at 9 a.m. from the Walmart parking lot. A fast-paced and wickedly clever show, “Damn Yankees” promises to be an all-American home run hit. The lobby will put you in the real spirit with hot dogs, peanuts, and Cracker Jacks. Baseball attire is welcome.

•July 16:  “South Pacific” at the Marion Ross Theater in Albert Lea. This will one of two July musicals. Departure time is 4:30 p.m. and fee is due by July 2.
