ST. PAUL — A St. Paul man is accused of threatening to kill his sister with a knife and breaking merchandise in her store in Hmongtown Marketplace.

A criminal complaint says 47-year-old Chue Ly jumped on the counter of his sister’s shop Saturday, knocked over four TVs and a stack of movies. It says he yelled at his sister and asked her if she wanted to die while holding an open-blade knife.
