Spots are still open for the Mower County Horticulture Society of Austin’s motor coach tour coming up this Saturday.

The group will visit the extensive private garden of Ben Koopman in Faribault and another private garden from among the listings of the Northfield Garden Club.

Knecht’s Nursery, also in Northfield, will give tour members a chance to find that special plant for their own gardens. Following lunch in the Riverside Park, the tour will proceed to Bachman’s on Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis to attend the Minnesota State Lily Show.

The show will have every type of Minnesota’s finest lilies,including specimen plants and floral arrangements.
