2 more burglaries reported

Austin police are investigating two burglaries after the victims came forward on Monday.
Someone broke into a storage shed at the 1100 block of 10th Avenue Southwest between Sunday night and Monday afternoon, according to Police Chief Brian Krueger. The suspect made off with a Craftsman snowblower worth $580, a Craftsman riding lawn mower worth $900, a Craftsman tool box full of tools and other items.
In addition, someone broke into a garage at the 800 block of Eighth Avenue Northwest at some point over the weekend. The victim reported a missing Black and Decker 20-volt weed trimmer, a steel gas-powered leaf blower, two leaf rakes and a Coleman cooler. The weed trimmer and leaf blower are orange, white and black in color.
Five burglaries have been reported over the past few days, as police took three burglary reports over the weekend.
