The Blooming Prairie volleyball team showed some signs of improvement against a tough foe, but it wasn’t enough as it lost 25-14, 25-18, 25-10 at Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (2-0 overall, 1-0 Gopher) Thursday.

Abby Wayne had 11 set assists in the loss for BP (0-3 overall, 0-2 Gopher).

“Even though or scores don’t show it, we’re making improvements,” BP head coach Ranell Kittelson said. “Tonight was probably our best match so far. We’ve had an overall improvement defensively.”
