Phillip Bruce Melby, 73, of Austin, Minnesota, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, at Our House Assisted Living.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at Our House Assisted Living commons area in Austin, 1313 15th Avenue NW, with Lt. Laura Amick officiating.

Interment: Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015.
