Riley Olson is a senior lineman on the Blooming Prairie football team. The Awesome Blossoms are off to a 3-1 start this season.

Q: How did you originally get into your sport?
A: Football seemed fun and all my friends did it.
Q: What’s your favorite sports memory?
A: Beating Rushford-Peterson my junior year of football to go to state.
Q: What have you learned from playing sports?
A: Work hard for what you want.
Q: What is the hardest part about your sport?
A: Giving 100 percent every play and not taking plays off.
Q: Who is your biggest sports role model and why?
A: J.J. Watt. He goes hard every play and dominates his position.
Q: What is your favorite movie or TV show?
A: The Big Bang Theory.
Q: What is your favorite subject in school?
A: Accounting.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: Sports talk show host.
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: Pizza.
Q: What are your plans after high school?
A: Attend a 4-year college.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you or hobby you enjoy most people don’t know about?
A: I like to dance to the ‘watch me whip’ song.
