Hormel Foods Corp. announced its quarterly dividend on the common stock, authorized by the Board of Directors at twenty-five cents (25¢) a share on Sept. 28, 2015. It will be paid Nov. 16 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct.19.

The Nov. 16 payment will be the 349th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company. Since becoming a public company in 1928, Hormel Foods has paid a regular quarterly dividend without interruption.
