College, 4-H and FFA students watch as hogs are corralled through a ring at Crane Pavilion of the Mower County Fairgrounds Monday during a judging contest of the 69th annual National Barrow Show. College students were down around the fence while 4-H and FFA students watched from the stands. The students ranked the the hogs from one to four and then later explained their ranking in oral arguments to a judge. An estimated 400 college, 4-H and FFA students competed in the barrow show, which continues through Wednesday.
